BATH and ENVIRONS
Join us for five days exploring the remarkable archaeology, history and architecture of Bath and Somerset, guided by expert speakers and visiting both celebrated landmarks and lesser-known gems.
On Monday 7th September, there will be an opening lecture in Bath at 5:30pm on Aveline’s Hole (Britain’s oldest scientifically dateable cemetery).
A few of the sites that we plan to visit: Glastonbury Abbey, Fish House Meare, private/guided tour of the Roman villa at The Newt, Cheddar Gorge, Longleat, Wells Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace. Additional sites are currently being finalised.
